BMM Miner Launcher 0.10.0 Early Access 19
=========================================

WINDOWS TESTER QUICK START

IF THE MINER WILL NOT START, OPEN IF-MINER-WONT-START.txt FIRST.
It includes the automatic-update explanation, safe Windows Security steps and
an enlarged illustrated Protection history example. If Allow on device does
not persist, it also explains how to exclude only the exact verified file.

IMPORTANT: Exit an older BMM launcher before opening this version. This release shows
a version-conflict page instead of silently reopening an older running build.

1. Extract the entire ZIP, then verify the single
   BMM-Miner-Launcher-windows-x64.exe against SHA256SUMS.txt.
If File Explorer appears to rearrange items while extraction or scanning is
still underway, wait for it to finish, then choose Sort by > Name and
Group by > None. BMM does not rearrange files in the extracted release.
2. Right-click BMM-Miner-Launcher-windows-x64.exe and choose "Run as
administrator" for the best RandomX CPU performance. It opens in a dedicated
desktop-style window without a browser address bar or a second black console.
The green in-app Diagnostics drawer is the normal live log view.
3. In Beginner mode choose CPU Mining, GPU Mining or CPU + GPU, then choose a working Early Access route:
Monero (XMR) / RandomX / CPU / XMRig
Zephyr (ZEPH) / RandomX / CPU / XMRig
Raptoreum (RTM) / GhostRider / CPU / XMRig
     Epic Cash (EPIC) / RandomEpic / CPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Pearl (PRL) / PearlHash / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Qubitcoin (QTC) / QHash / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Ravencoin (RVN) / KawPow / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Quai (QUAI) / KawPow / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Firo (FIRO) / FiroPoW / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI (8 GB VRAM minimum)
     Neoxa (NEOX) / KawPow / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Ergo (ERG) / Autolykos2 / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Ethereum Classic (ETC) / Etchash / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
Epic Cash (EPIC) / ProgPow Epic / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Iron Fish (IRON) / FishHash / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Zano (ZANO) / ProgPowZ / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Xelis (XEL) / XelisHashV3 / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Vertcoin (VTC) / Verthash / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI (2 GB VRAM minimum)
     Evrmore (EVR) / EvrProgPow / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
     Meowcoin (MEWC) / MeowPow / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI (10 GB VRAM minimum)
Salvium (SAL) / RandomX / CPU / XMRig (current SC1 address required)
     Neurai (XNA) / KawPow / GPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
Quantum Resistant Ledger (QRL) / RandomX / CPU / XMRig
     VerusCoin (VRSC) / VerusHash / CPU / SRBMiner-MULTI
Beam (BEAM) / BeamHash III / GPU / MO-Miner (experimental, 3 GB VRAM)
     Karlsen (KLS) / KarlsenHashV2 / GPU / MO-Miner (experimental, 4 GB VRAM)
Warthog (WART) / Janushash / CPU + GPU / BzMiner (experimental)
Advanced mode also offers MO-Miner as an experimental alternative for
supported PearlHash, KawPow, FiroPoW, Autolykos2, Etchash, FishHash,
EvrProgPow and MeowPow routes. SRBMiner-MULTI remains the default.
4. Enter only the selected coin's PUBLIC receiving address. Beginner mode has
separate official wallet and deposit-exchange links. Many exchanges accept
on-chain deposits; confirm the exact coin/network, minimum deposit and any
memo or tag before mining directly to one.
Epic Cash instead uses the public 0x account alias shown in EpicMine.
Qubitcoin uses Bitcoin-style 1, 3 and bc1 addresses, but you must use one
created by a Qubitcoin wallet—never substitute an ordinary BTC address.
5. Optional: open "Performance, power & cooling" for a conservative tuning
sequence and official tool links. Download MSI Afterburner only from MSI's
official msi.com page. BMM does not change clocks, voltage, power limits or
   fan curves for you.
6. Choose a primary pool from the expanded regional list. The optional backup
pool is used only if the primary connection fails. MO-Miner routes currently
require Backup pool to be None. Warthog supports the listed BzMiner failover
pools but requires both the CPU and a supported discrete GPU. Pool fees and payout
requirements are set by each pool.
7. Accept the electricity and heat notice, then click Start mining.
8. Every start automatically checks the selected engine's official GitHub
release. The first start or a newer release downloads and verifies the engine.
You do not need to press the engine update button first. BMM app updates remain
manual during this unsigned Early Access release.
9. Browser and antivirus scanners may warn about this unsigned mining release or
an intentionally downloaded mining engine. Do not disable protection.
Read IF-MINER-WONT-START.txt and BMM-Download-Help.txt before deciding what
to do. If the verified SRBMiner WinRing0 driver is quarantined, use the
documented Restore, then Allow on device flow before clicking Start again.
10. Allow up to a minute for RandomX setup or ordinary GPU initialization. Warthog
can show near-zero output for roughly two minutes while BzMiner calibrates the
CPU/GPU balance; neither half can mine it alone.
11. Use the X button in the dashboard to stop mining and exit the launcher.

The live-mining card opens your selected pool. For pools with a confirmed
public-wallet URL, it changes to "Open my wallet stats" as soon as a wallet is
entered. HeroMiners does not publish a stable wallet-specific URL, so its button
says "Open wallet search", copies the public address, and opens the pool page;
paste it into "Your Stats & Payment History". See POOL_SOURCES.md for sources.

Miner logs start open so you can immediately see mining-engine output. Use
Hide logs when you do not need the live output and Show logs to reopen it.
If the app does not open or exits too quickly to read an early error, double-click
RUN-WITH-DIAGNOSTICS.cmd. That helper starts the same EXE with startup output and
pauses after it exits. Startup errors are also written to:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\BearMarketMiner\CPU Launcher\logs\launcher-startup.log

Only one EXE is included. RUN-WITH-DIAGNOSTICS.cmd runs that same launcher and
adds a pause after an early exit so the error remains readable.

NEVER enter a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, wallet password or
exchange password. Mining creates sustained load, heat, fan noise and
electricity cost. Earnings are not guaranteed.

HARDWARE SAFETY

Mining increases heat, power use and component wear. Incorrect clock, voltage,
power, cooling or cabling settings can cause crashes, data loss, shortened
component life or permanent hardware damage and may affect warranty coverage.
BMM does not automatically change clocks, voltage, power limits or fan curves.
Monitor temperatures and stop immediately if you notice abnormal heat, noise,
smell or instability.

ANTIVIRUS EXCLUSIONS

An exclusion reduces protection because the excluded file is not scanned. Use
Restore or Allow only after confirming the exact filename, source and SHA-256.
If an exclusion is necessary, exclude only the exact verified file—never an
entire folder, file type or process—and remove it when no longer required. BMM
never creates exclusions automatically.

This Early Access release has a transparent 1% BMM developer fee measured as active mining
time. BMM mines for your saved public payout identity for 118 minutes 48
seconds, then temporarily uses the BMM public payout identity for 72 seconds.
It keeps the selected coin, engine and pool and restores your saved payout
settings automatically. The active fee interval is clearly shown in the app.

XMRig has a disclosed 1% developer donation. SRBMiner-MULTI developer fees
vary by algorithm and are shown in the launcher. MO-Miner has a disclosed
default 1% developer donation. BzMiner has a disclosed 2% Warthog developer
fee. Pool fees are separate and can change.

No mining-engine binary is bundled in this release. XMRig is GPL-3.0 and
MO-Miner is GPL-3.0-or-later; both are downloaded from their official releases.
SRBMiner-MULTI is proprietary and is also downloaded from its official release;
its developer fee does not grant BMM commercial redistribution rights. Review
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
BzMiner is a proprietary public beta. BMM pins Warthog to reviewed release
v100.04b1, downloads it from the official GitHub release and verifies SHA-256.

The executable is an unsigned Early Access release, not a signed production release.
Read SECURITY.md, PRIVACY.md, LICENSE.md and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md before testing.
